Magnetic is on the Financial Times 2023 List — recognising us as one of the UK’s Leading Management Consultants for the third time. Here’s a note from Jenny Burns, our CEO.
Dear Magnetic Community,
Over the last three years, we’ve all seen significant change and disruption, but with this comes the opportunity to recreate and reimagine. Magnetic’s mission to design better futures provides a platform to bring optimism, excitement, and solutions to our partners, their customers, and the communities who need it most.
At the start of this year, the Prime Minister spoke about the need to set a future direction for the UK, emphasising the importance of innovation in times of high disruption and uncertainty. At this crucial moment in time, businesses are refocusing their innovation efforts on fresh thinking to create growth and diversification. It’s already been proven that waiting for a return to “normal” is a high-risk strategy. We’re proud to partner with a brilliant roster of diverse partners including multinationals, startups, charities, and SMEs. We believe that designing the future we want to see is not only possible, but it is within our power.
Magnetic’s unique approach, a brilliant synthesis of makers and thinkers, sets us apart. Operating across the UK and driven by the mission that originally united two powerful forces. Innovation experts Fluxx and the award-winning design studio magneticNorth came together in 2021 united by the ambition to design a better future; one that is happier, more healthy, and more productive. Whether that’s transforming organisational cultures, inclusive product and service design, or building capability to tackle the toughest challenges.
This recognition is even more significant considering that many of our industry peers are part of much larger organisations. At Magnetic we are proud to retain our independence.
